Former Student Cooks up a Storm

Congratulations to former student Sam, who has accepted an offer to work under Gordon Ramsey at the Savoy Hotel in London. The time spent in Food Tech lessons at The Bridge have clearly paid off as he beat the competition from over 100 other applicants having passed a blind taste test and cooking a dish for the head chef. We wish Sam the best of luck as he continues to pursue his passion as a career!
